Gastronomy can be a space for creativity, around it, inside a restaurant for example, other disciplines can be articulated: architecture, design, textile art, decorative and plastic arts as well.
An example of this is the intervention of Pujol’s patio that the artist Orly Anan did on October 31st and November 1st for the Día de Muertos celebration. Orly Anan, a prolific young artist, has been working with the concept of altar for eight years and in this collaboration she created a canvas of clay, raw, red and cochineal tones on which she installed organic elements that brought life to the altar: flowers, fruits and exotic foliage.
